I was hoping to get some clarification from someone trying out the new Permafrost set.
“Gain Health Recovery while you have a Damage Shield”
How does this work if you have a small damage shield that gets quickly destroyed? Will you miss the health regen tick if the shield is not up? Does it activate for some time after you activate a shield and for how long?
I’m trying to see if a DK could run this with a 4k shield in pvp. The shield rarely last for more than one hit and I’m wondering if I would even see the health regen bonus.
