Dual-wield PvE DPS Bosmer Nightblade

I’m currently Veteran Rank 9. I used Jeckll’s stamina build as a starting place, and edited as I leveled so that the play style fit my personal preferences. I’m happy with my DPS but I feel there is more I could do; I want to be better.

Here is my current build:

• Single target
  • Relentless Focus + Evil Hunter → Reaper’s Mark → stealth (invisible if can’t stealth) → Surprise Attack (light weaved) → Killer’s Blade (execute)
• AOE
  • Relentless Focus + Evil Hunter → Reaper’s Mark (strongest) → stealth (invisible) → Surprise Attack (strongest) → Sap Essence  → Steel Tornado

I’m wearing:

• 5 piece medium Night’s Silence (Purple quality)
  • All divines with stamina enchant
• 2 piece Hunding’s Rage (Gold quality)
  • Chest heavy with stamina enchant
  • Head light with stamina enchant
• 2 piece Hunding’s Rage weapons (Gold quality)
  • MH sharpened mace with crushing enchant
  • OF precise dagger with weapon damage enchant
• Jewelry (Purple quality)
  • Robust with stamina enchant

Things I want from a build:

1. PvE focus
   1. High soloability & groupability
2. Dual-wield Main bar
   1. Not Bow Second bar
3. Ability to easily sneak past mobs
   1. Quick sneaking
4. Not potion reliant
5. Up close and personal

I am open to both Stamina and Magicka. I would prefer to stay at 5/1/1 with medium as my main, however, I realize that a magicka build would likely shift to light as the primary. The 5/1/1 needs to continue, regardless of what the primary is. I currently have dual-wield on both bars, as I like the seamlessness of switching back and forth for buffs and damage. If there is a compelling reason to put a different weapon set-up on my second bar, I’m open to it. However, I don’t want to deal with a bow or other ranged stuff; I want to be right up there. Regarding WW/Vampire, I have WW but I don’t use it. I’ve had Vampire and I hated it.

Basically, I’m interested in hearing thoughts. I realize I want something a bit unconventional but this seems like the best way to dig into the meat of things. I’m really interested in every opinion possible. If someone is a build maker and thinks they could handle this perfectly, I’d be especially appreciative.
