I am a very new player on this game, I’m level 20 on my Nightblade. I am a dark elf and I am a vampire, I have my heart set on being a vampire even into the end game content (despite the drawbacks), to do this I’ve looked online quite a bit and it seems like I should go with a magicka based Nightblade due to the passive effects vampirism gives.
However I’m not 100% sure how to create this build, I’d like some sort of educated advice on which skills to pick and where to invest my skill points, bearing in mind I’ve already spent some skill points and morphed some skills so I’d also need to know if or where I can refund them.
