Some questions about PTS changes to Sorcs.

Ok, a friend of mine implanted this idea in my head and now it has feasted into a toxic that is poisoning my mind until I execute it. He knew I was a Scholar in Final Fantasy 14: A Realm Reborn, which if you didn’t know, was a Healer class that was able to summon pets to help him heal. Pretty sure you can guess where this topic is going now, as with the recent changes to the Twilight Matriarch sort of make it similar to what my Scholar was. However, I am hesitant to pursue this idea just yet without a few questions answered and since I’ve never been able to actually get on the ZOS official forums, I guess this was the next best place to ask. I know pets are generally bad in ESO but hell if I don’t want to at least try this idea out.

Summon Twilight Matriarch (Summon Winged Twilight morph):

• This pet’s special ability will now cause it to heal itself and up to 2 friendly targets for 20% of your maximum Magicka.
• This pet no longer siphons her health to you if you fall below 35% Health, due to the active ability changes for Summon Winged Twilight described below.

Summon Winged Twilight

• This ability and its morphs are no longer toggle abilities; instead, they are now normal casted abilities. The first activation will summon your pet, and when morphed, the second activation will cast the pet’s special ability.
  • Note that the pet will still be desummoned if you switch ability bars without slotting it.
• Decreased the cost to summon a pet from this ability and its morphs by 50%.
• Increased the cast time to summon the pet to 1.5 seconds from 1.3 seconds.
• The pet summoned by this ability and its morphs now heals itself for 3% of its maximum Health every two seconds.

So my questions are:

1. Does the ability of the Twilight Matriarch cost any of your own resources or is it essentially a free heal by the pet?
2. Does the Twilight still attack or is it now just a healbot?
3. Is the ability spammable to the extent of Funnel Health and BoL or does it have a cool down or is it a 1 time use per Twilight?
4. If it does have a cool down, how long is it?
5. If it is a 1 time usage ability, is the heal of the Twilight strong enough to warrant a resummon to actual want to use the ability again?
6. Does this heal prioritize group members over random passerby, as is normally the case in PvP?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, as a note to ZOS

Argonian

• Argonian Resistance: Increased the maximum health bonus from this passive ability to 3/6/9% at Ranks I/II/III from 2/4/6%.

To make Argonains slightly better, how about this change instead

Amphibious: Increases swimming speed by 50% and increase max health, stamina and magicka by 1/2/3% at Ranks I/II/III

I’ll take the 9% health but I don’t think a 3% addition to our other resources would hurt us either and at least would put us in a good place IMO.
