Xbox group finder

So there’s no zone chat on Xbox and the group finder has NEVER worked for me. How the f$@k are you supposed to get into groups and complete the dungeons?

How has a ‘top’ MMO game like ESO not got this fixed in 2016.

Pretty close to quitting already because sitting in a 5 hour que to join a dungeon is pretty infuriating.

Anyone have any idea if they plan to fix this? Or a way around it- other than sitting next to the dungeon and hoping people come by.
