Note: As the Thieves Guild dlc isn’t live yet, this build is subjected to change.
The build:2H/Bow hit and run style.
Pros: Hight burst, good sustain, decent mobility (for temp) and good selfhealing.
Cons: Gear acquisition isn’t easy, unforgiving build for play errors.
Stats:
Stats buffed are 22kish hp, 30kish stamina, 3.5kish wd, and 33% crit (43 after Biting Jabs).
The skills:
2H: Critical Rush: Went with this morph since jabs snare and this realy helps the burst.
Biting Jabs: Bread and butter dps.
Executioner: Your finisher. Also will boost the healing from Rally if you fall below 50% hp.
Rally: Major Brutality buff, HoT and heal.
Repentance: For the passives and to maintain stamina.
Flawless Dawnbreaker: Melee ranged AoE ulti.
Bow: Arrow Barrage: I prefer this morph as this does physical dmg and has a wider radius.
Binding Javelin: Ranged stun and knockback. Use to stun targets in the AoE from Arrow Barrage and to knock people of ledges.
Resolving Vigor: Main heal. Cast this in conjuction with Restoring Focus or Purifying Ritual to get the Major Mending buf.
Restoring Focus: Major Ward, Major Resolve, Major Mending, Minor Vitality and Minor Protection.
Purifying Ritual: Your cleanse and an extra HoT if needed.
Ice Comet: Ranged St ulti.
Gear:
1x Bloodspawn for the stam regen.
1x Molag Kena for the WD.
5x Marksman Crest for the regen, wd and cost reduction.
3x Agility with wd glyphs for the wd.
1x Maelstrom 2H.
1x Maelstrom Bow.
Traits: All impen if you can get them. If not impen on small, infused on large. Or divines on small, infused on large pieces. Precise for weapons (Sharpened will work as well).
Glyphs: All stamina.
Mundus:
The Warrior for more WD. Can switch to the Serpent for more regen, if you have few CP points.
Consumables:
Blue dual stat foodbuff. Yes food!
CP tree: (based on 501 points)
Blue
27 (30) points into Blessed for more healing and to get the Spell Precision passive. More critical ticks from your Purifying Ritual are always nice 
3 (0) points into Elemental expert to boost your Burning Light passive.
100 into Mighty.
27 into Precise Strikes.
10 into Piercing. (Can drop this to 1 and put 9 more into Precise Strikes).
Green:
46 into Warlord to stack with the cost reduction of your armor set.
10 into Bashing Focus, as you will you bash cancel now and then.
72 into Mooncalf for the regen.
39 into Tumbling as we will be dodging alot and break free.
Red:
48 into Resisant to stack with your impen traits.
36 into Elemental Defender to reduce magickal dmg.
36 into Hardy to reduce physical dmg.
1 into Thick Skinned. (Not as important since we run Purifying Ritual)
46 into Quick Recovery to increase your healing.
How does it work?
Let’s start by comparing this setup to the most used setup out there for stam builds using the formula for stam regen and comparing tooltip dmg. (10.5 stam will increase tooltip dmg equal to 1 wd).

As you can see we gave up the crit from Hundings for far more dmg by using food and the warrior mundus. Regen seems pretty low though so where’s the sustain? The sustain comes mainly from the 5% cost reduction from the 5p bonus. That’s why the build has better sustain yet lower stam regen. 5% from te set, 4% from our Restoring Spirit passive and 10% from Warlord adds up to 19% cost reduction! So in the end we gave up some crit to have more raw dmg and better sustain. Don’t forget the +30% stam regen you get from killing a target with a 2H. Couple this with Repentance and you have good sustain. Cause of this it’s usualy wisest to go for the weakest target first. This way you get the Battle Rush passive and Repentance to sustain you through the fight. We still maintain about 33% crit chance with this setup.
Put down your Restoring Focus, hit Arrow Barrage – LA – Binding Javeling to stun them in the AoE – LA – Vigor – weaponswap – Crit Rush – LA – Biting Jabs/Executioner depending on health of your target. Now estimate the situation. If your target is down, Repentance and dodge roll out to repeat. If target isn’t down yet, use your judgement. If you can finish it quickly with another Executioner go for it. If taking heavy pressure, dodge roll out and repeat.
Sets tested:
I tried the Eternal Hunt set. Thought the immobilize would be great but it looks better on paper then it acualy performs.
Willows Path sacrifices to much dmg imo.
This is the only setup I found I could use a foodbuff over drink, having 5k stamina more.
