Best class for DPS using bow and dual wield?

I know you can kinda be anything with any class but say I wanted to optimise what would you guys recommend? This is for a friend of mine who’s recently purchased the game and he’s defo gon a be a Nord so race isn’t the question. I was thinking Nightblade..?
