Is Solo PvE supposed to be this easy?

Okay, I just beat 20 Golden Saints, and “Free Will” at level 9.  I thought Dosha was a cake walk, at level 6, but if I’m so far ahead of the game that I have to take on half-again to twice my level for a challenge (Sheograth’s Choice was that,) then my Bank, and Pack are constantly full with Quest Items I can’t even use for 8 more levels.  (I did manage to level up in the process)  I know it’s F2P, and we have to coddle the casuals, but I’m not even that good, and it just shouldn’t be possible at such a low level.  I’m not bragging, I’m frustrated.  And, the official forums won’t even let me sign in to ask them directly.  So, anyone here have Zenimin’s number so I could get an answer?  Because this sucks.

Granted, I had a pretty good level 9 build (Breton Sorcerer, Magica pure, Light Armor, 2 Handed, and Overload.  Carve to power Overload, I was “Weapon Swapping” at level 6 for Dosha) but this is insane!
