Hello, I met one powerful sorcerer on Cyrodill 
I ask for his stats, but he didnt tell me what gear, enchants he use.
Can anyone tell me how I cane make this stats? One thing is 100% know – he doesnt use the mage mundus stone for max magicka, with mage mundus stone he has 52k full magicka. Tell me how please? What gear, enchants, traits, spells?
