Build advice for DB (v16 Nord Templar Tank)

So, with the upcoming DB, there will be changes to both stamina and Heavy Armour, and to CP. So would like some advice on changes to my current build

 

Race: Nord
Class: Templar
Role: Mostly tank, but need to do some DPS for solo play, PvP and such.

Attributes: 49 health, 15 Magicka
Maximum Magicka: 17383
Maximum Health: 25786
Maximum Stamina: 11159

Spell Damage: 1981
Spell Crit: 10%

Spell Resistance: 24449
Crit Resistance: 1090

Magicka regen: 688
Health regen: 518
Stam regen: 530

(boosted w/food and drink usually)

 

Weapon Damage: 1802
Weapon Crit: 22%

Phys. res.: 18080

 

Armour: 5 pieces Kagrenac’s Hope, heavy, all gold, v16. Impenetrable trait on cuirass and greaves, divines on the rest. 2 pieces Ashen Grip, heavy, all gold, v16. Impenetrable on helmet, Divines on shoulders.

Weapon: Two-hander battleaxe, Ashen Grip, gold, v16. Nirnhoned trait and fiery weapon enchantment. 1-hander axe plus shield, Ashen Grip, gold, v16. Precise trait on axe, impen on shield. Fiery weapon enchantment on axe, max stamina enchantment on shield.

Jewelry: Necklace of Willpower, two rings of Willpower. Purple, v16. Necklace has reduce stamina cost glyph, and Robust trait. One ring has Reduce spell cost glyph and Robust trait, other ring has reduce spell cost enchantment and Healthy trait.

Two-hander bar: Reflective light, puncturing sweep, dark flare, radiant oppression, breath of life. Ulti: Shooting Star
1-hander/shield bar: Ransack, Breath of Life, Inner Fire, Radiant Oppression, Repentance. Ulti: Shooting Star

 

Total of 228 Champion points, allocated rather haphazaradly but have tried to concentrate on increasing weapon damage, magicka/health regen and crit. Since they will have to be redistributed anyway I might as well ask for tips on how to best distribute them.

 

I mostly tank, although with the changes in DB I’d like to do some off-DPS as well. Feel free to post ideas, other than for CP distribution, also for attribute allocation, skill use, armour set changes, and such
