Why do so many NB\'s use DW instead of 2H?

What’s up everybody?

I’ve been seeing that a loot of NB’s use DW instead of 2H for their damage bar. Why is that? 2H deal more damage, has a better finisher, a Weapon Damage buff and self heal and some other advantages. Can you guys give me your opinions?
