Guildmaster looking for advice

Greetings Tamriel Foundry.

I really don’t know if this is the correct place to be posting this. But as it is the general topics thread I decided to post here. Anyway, to the point of this post. I’ve been the Guildmaster of a largely…dis functional guild for at least two months. I would say that my main problem is that most of my members live in different time zonest making it extremely difficult to plan activities for the guild. Also, I don’t have any efficient way of recruiting people into my guild. Most of the people I find just enter and stay there and don’t do anything. Basically my guild has 42 members with only 7 being active at all…

This is a desperate call for help. Can any experienced Guildmaster give me some advice on how to fix my guild. It would be greatly appreciated.
