Hi! New to TamrielFoundry. I have a question regarding my sorc and how I can improve her.

My question: What could I improve here? Do you think OPT1 is better over OPT2 and why? Working on getting a Maelstorm staff. I like lightning staff over fire. Just easier to work with and my Dmg does 3-4k every second when I use it. I do mostly PvP, and right now I feel like I can one shot people doing two frags and a force pulse and you’re done, but I know some of your are experts on this game so would love any feedback to make her a beast!
