Hello, I’ve been permanently banned from my account for reasons that are unknown to me. I play on Xbox One and have not used a headset, mail, or even interacted with another player socially in any way (Highest is level 16). I haven’t used any sort of hacking or botting software, and haven’t been playing long enough to even know where any exploits could be.
I have not received an email saying that I was banned, nor why, and I cannot even log into the help.elderscrolls site. Does anyone know who I can contact to at least find out why I have been banned or possibly have the ban lifted? Thanks for the help in advance.
