Help my build? :/

I’m currently looking for the best role for my Red guard Dragon knight. I’ve been using dual wield and sword and board. I would like to see him improve his damage or become a great tank. I’ve put most points into stamina but it still doesn’t feel like it’s enough. Any advice or suggested skills to use? Vampire or wolf? Please help
