I hope they add some kind of holiday events in the future. Just some small decorations would be amazing to see. On Halloween the weather could be dark and spooky and keep-guards in Cyrodiil could wear skeleton costumes just for fun.
Christmas could have snow falling in each alliance main city as well as Cyrodiil. Main cities could be decorated. Everything up only for the holiday (around a week).
I believe this would add so much to ESO and the community and have players looking forward to something rather than just a holiday mount. I’d love to see some minor events such as snowball fighting in main cities etc 
this worked great for GW2. Change of weather and adding of costumes like I mentioned are such small coding changes. Zenimax pleeeeeease!
