I am on ps4 and whenever i get in voice chat or group chat i cant hear anyone, i can see the circle above their head tht shows their speaking but cant hear them, yet they can hear me. Ive tried it different mics, ive waited a week to see if it would fix itself ive sent 2 or 3 messages about it the customer service thing and they havent replied so idk anyone can helm?
