Lightning Staff vs Inferno Staff

Hi guys… have one question…

Magica dragonknight with Lightning Staff do same demage from his flame skill? Or with Inferno Staff is best demmage… or doesn’t matter..? Why other guys usin in builds Lightning Staff? For magica regeneration with heavy attack. Or is other reason?
