Fav NB Armor Sets and Monster Sets combinations and WHY?

Currently running all medium armor. 

Head – BloodSpawn 

Shoulder – Velidreth

Chest, belt, bracers, pants and shoes – Hunding’s Rage

Necklace and rings – Agility set (with weapon damage)

Current Weapon Damage : 3300 unbuffed, no foods, no nothing

Wondering about going 5 pieces Hunding’s Rage (all clothes)

and 5 piece Viper (three pieces jewelry and two pieces of clothes)

and Molag Kena or Velidreth shoulder

…will it be better? …will it give more DPS?
