Hi there, im introducing this PvP NB build – its a very needy build and requires alot of interest/time in order to have required stuff.. ALOT of time.
so.. lets get to it!
Race: my first and preferred choice is Bosmer

21% stamina recovery+stealthy passives and slight buff to base stamina(+3%) AND THE LORE XD! you can go khajiit for crit passive-but crit wont be much of an issue -see guide.
3 stats drink all time.

Class: what’s first and lass class comes in mind when we say gank? Nightblade!
Important Passive Skills:
1) Improved Hiding – World > Legerdemain skill line, requires level 16/20 to be able to put 4 skill points in improved hiding -reduce sneak costs by 40%
2) All Fighters Guild passives
3)ofcourse, All NB passives you feel needed for the build, but you better max all passives anyway.
4) All Alliance War Assault skill line passives. – especially Reach.
Weapons: the one and only bow that can be considered useful and guarantees success with this build is vMA sharpened bow.

Sets: this build is about 4x 5 pieces sets which requires replacing depending where you are ganking: at a keep wall/roof or in the woods(anywhere but not a keep/resource) and which sets you can acquire (briarheart or marksman) –
********you can go an All time marksman + TBS, but i still did not get my hands on legendary marksman jewlery+2 armor pieces(way to go!) for science purposes **********

* everything in medium weight. 7/7 mediums. – jewelry in Weapon Damage enchants. armors with full prism(preferred) 7/7 or mixed prism and stamina enchants or full stamina(your HP will be affected and magicka will be affected regarding your choice)
Main Set-never replaced: 5/5 Twice Born Star full divines with Thief and Shadow Mundus Stones.

while at a keep/roof sets: 5/5 briarheart – 3x jewlery(2x robust 1 healthy or 3x robust) 1x shoulder piece and 1x head piece.(divines trait ofcourse)

*Notice*:the skill Silver Leash hits one target only, while Silver Shards might hit up to 2 other people near the target, also.. while Silver Leash may do quite alot more damage Vs Vamps/WW formed players, it requires you to be on the same level of the target, e.g. you cant hit someone with Silver Leash if you are at a keep wall while the other player is on the ground..
Silver Leash tip: you can gank unmounted Vamps easily with this skill
1)get in stealth and fully buff yourself -especially Camo Hunter
2) charge bow heavy attack
3) animation cancel the heavy attack with Silver Leash – vamp player will be knocked down on the floor
4) use silver leash again – it will pull the knocked down player to you
5) if the vamp is not dead already -yeah he could be dead 
– use your Ultimate Flawless Dawnbreaker
6) feel that you are a true Daedra hunter and have orgasms.

while in the woods sets:
either continue with Marksman as describe above with TBS or switch to(if using briarheart) 3x agility jewelry, 1x molag kena part, 1x stamina recovery boss part(medium weights ofcourse- divines)

Escape Tactic: failed to gank? now you are busted! 
the dude may try to gap close (if you’re snared will be quite annoying)
Elude>Fear> roll dodge with bow> cloak and go away

playstyle tips: fully buff yourself from longest duration buff to shortest:
Rally->Relentless focus->Camouflaged hunter->Shadowy disguise( for guaranteed crit)
in the woods: Focused Aim > Heavy Attack > Silver Shards/Leash – your opponent is either a rune prison sorc(use immovable pot if u see blue chested sorc to avoid rune prison effect) or a DK (alive) or… a dead horse or a guar or a camel.. probably a dead senche too.. your DPS will be somewhere 21-33k which means your opponent is dead in 1-2secs if executed perfectly-animation cancel where required.
with this build and 501 CP my Focused Aim was 13.4-14.5k heavy attack 6-7k, silver leash/shards 4/8k if they crit and camo hunter 4/8k vs vamps or unluckiest players on earth(who get the 4% proc chance)
there is a slight chance you get a reply of “you’re using macros, you’re cheater” or being asked to a duel, you may reply by L2P or im too busy hunting guars.
while at a keep: buffs as above, caltrops ( to keep briarheart proc up, works amazingly) and then spam Focused Aim as there is no tomorrow, you could drop rearming trapbeast near a postern which might save your alliance buddy from certain death while he is running for his life and give u a slight buff (which you’ll barely notice )
Pros: annoying ganker which make you open for hate messages but happy in your job.
you will have alot of fun and laughs on how people react to getting ganked (e.g. trying to escape, jumping around)
you have chances to escape from fail.
you can switch from bow ganking to DW or 2H, equip required weapons. e.g. double maelstrom daggers and change skills for your likings – will have no issues at all and will never feel like you are missing any stamina NB potential
Cons: very unreliable vs DKs. you try to gank a DK and DKs already with high resistances, thus you do less dmg against them and if you see wings (reflection) you may simply want to change spot.
with a 2nd gank partner with same/similar build + TS you can kill many people in 0.2 seconds. just use Focused Aim at same time(must crit)
lots of movement around- you cant gank 20 people at the same spot, changing spots is required or other people like you will camp the spot you gank at and ambush/sabotage you.
escape tactics: seen by a dk and he crit rush/charge you? elude, fear, roll dodge and run then cloak
NB? many NBs dont have piercing mark, you can escape.
sorc? he’ll streak and you make sure he does it to the wrong place.- know when to cloak, new magelight is annoying.

also hearing that there is V16 Hawk’s Eye? looking for it!
