This kind of ticks me off, both races that are resistant to one are to both, so for PvP, there’s no practical difference. (And Bosmer are encouraged to use Bows, it’s their race weapon, they sermonize about the Green Pact, and what are bows made of? Uh!) So, other than Afflicted being more Disease resistant, and because Shadow Knights, YTF do we have Poison and Disease damage in this game? IK, it’s an MMO and all but this is like every Cleric class since Dice&Dossiers carrying a Mace. (Okay, [z] gets points for giving Templars spears instead. And where are the spears? I’ve seen them, right there on the weapons rack, but nobody actually uses spears, they’re just conjured for single use.)
Sorry for the rant, but the question is right there on the tin. Even in the Champion system, a point in Poison Damage is a point in Disease damage. So what precisely is the point of having 2 different, identical damages for all intents and purposes?
