Wondering if anyone could help me understand this phenomenon?
Red Mountain is a Stamina set yet does drop (in my case frequently) the Inferno Staff and Resto staff when people really want Sharpened daggers.
I jokingly tried to sell a Sharpened Inferno staff a few months back and I got torn apart in feedback even though my advert was very clearly full of sarcasm and was written with tongue firmly in cheek. I was told in no uncertain terms, the staff was only worth the mats you could get from deconstructing it.
Recently I’ve seen people asking to buy this staff now and have read comments that “the best Mageblade in PVP uses this” and other comments. I can’t find it again now but I believe (unless I’m going mad) I’ve even seen a build on here where the screenshot shows the Magicka build includes a sharpened Red Mountain inferno staff.
What am I missing here?
