INTRO:
This build is meant to play solo or in a small group (not more than 2/3).
PROs: MAD damage + decent healing + awesome mobility
CONs: very squishy… (all good because cats have 9 lives)

SETS
WHY MEDIUM ARMOR? As a NB u get passives for stam regen and magicka regen which makes med armor the best suited armor for stamNB. I like bow just for the mobility and poison injection dot. 2h is just a no brainer u have to run it no matter what. #RallyOP
WHY VIPER+SELENE? No doubt syphers 3 tri proc build (tremo+viper+widow) is extremely deadly but that build lacks the mobility to run away from zergs and lack that extra ufff to kill of execute range target (poison injection). Therefore, i feel like selene+viper is the way to go. yes selene is dodgable but with immovable poisons + fear + incap u have enough roots or stuns to land selene. and the good part is selene has a higher damage and low cd as well. velidreth is out of the equation because it procs from poison injection.
*Note to proc sets haters: Yes, some of the sets need some nerfs. However, pls watch the gameplay vid at least 3/5 of the players in open world are running proc sets be it selene velidreth skoria etc etc. Playing SOLO especially there is no way u can take on multiple players with proc sets of their own.
WHY VICECANNON OVER SPRIGGAN? 2 reasons. 1st – because with a poison on bow bar u can proc 3 dots instantly with poison injection (P.injection dot+poison dot+vicecannon dot) 2nd – because as a NB with viper setup u have really high crit rates. Thus the crit heals from vicecannon is a good source of extra healing.
OPTIONS If u dont like using vice cannon masters bow + 3 agi is awesome as well. just put 5 piece body viper and 1 vma 2h + masters bow + 3 agi on. Thats a solid setup as well.
CP
Very straight forward and generic. Just make sure u have 40 points into crit damge and 40 into dodge roll.

LAST WORDS:
As a really competitive SOLO PLAYER I will surely go for the best build everytime be it FOTM or unique because every fight is an outnumbered fight. Therefore, I would totally appreciate it if u dont type something like
”also… proc set meta… ugh. Everything that is wrong with pvp right now.”
because pvp is never balance in the 1st place.
1st place in EU PC TF as a 90% solo player…(besides when i push for emp once)
