 Stamina Sorcerer for 1.7 Discussion

So from the beginning of the games release stamina sorcs were often run as a joke, as it was seen as stupid to use stamina on a Sorcerer who was typically magicka builds. However there are a some of you that actually believe in the Stamina sorc, you believe that it can rise up and fight on equal terms with other classes, you believe that you can smear scamp droppings in their faces after destroying them with your stamina sorc, well in update 1.7 i believe it is our time to rise brother and sisters, together we can run through cyrodiil and be proud of being stamina sorcs. Yes We Can!!

Ok so all jokes aside i got a bit annoyed with the fact that people always expect to run a magicka sorcerer and the idea of a stamina sorc was inferior in every single aspect, not going to lie i thought it was true aswell, until i came to the realization that every single class can run both stamina and magicka effectively, so i thought to myself, Why cant a sorc? But the answer was so simple it wanted to kick myself. Its because sorc is the best Magicka class in the game and it out classes any other class when in comes to magicka, so there was no reason at all to use stamina, because we all know sorc does magicka damn well. So after coming to that realization i wanted to look for inspiration to see what i can use in my build and so far i have a few good ideas however i would like the help of the community, and if do receive a lot of good ideas ill create a Budget Build version of the stam sorc for levels 3-50 and ill create an Elite Build version for those V14-16.
