Download ESO Launcher
If you are upgrading from 1.2.x, you NEED to use the new included Settings.ini and redo your settings for it to work.

Note: You need to install the following Microsoft files to run ESO Launcher:
Microsoft .NET 4.6
Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 x86
Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 x64
