Hey Guys….
Sooo, messing around in IC over the last week and running my Breton Templar as a magicka build right now and have to say getting a little frustrated.
IT’s all good and well, as many point out, having the overwhelming/scathed sets – but the grind is real, and very very very long…especially when you are not in a core group of regular players (with a healer) – thus meaning running the dungeons endlessly, whilst having a 60hr work week and being married, makes things a little tricky.
So my question is: what’s a good, solid build to run as a “loner” in IC.
I’m presently running
- 4xMK
- 2xTorugs
- 1xKena (shoulders)
- 2xCyrodil light
- 3xWillpower (choker+DW weapons)
On main bar I’m running:
- Puncturing Sweeps (for health regen)
- Structured Entrop
- Quick Cloak
- Repentance
- Mages Light
- (Ult: Soul Assault)
Secondary, just for messing, I’ve got a Destro Staff:
- Fire Wall
- Jesus Beam
- Magicka Shield (armour)
- Repentance
- Mages Light
- Ult: Solar Flare
Pretty random set up, but gives me reasonable sustain and some damage. Cheap – obviously – as I’m already running Gold MK gear.
Catch them off guard, Jabs, Structured, Jesus beam (hoping they spam heal) then hit them with Soul Assault.
It’s giving me
- 38k Magicka
- 11k Stamina
- 29k Health
- 3304 Spell Damage with Structured/Potion running
- Magicka regen around 1250
As I said earlier, this is a build for little old me to run around in IC with, without any real concerns – I can take on all mobs bar the Big Boss’ and the flag bearers in the Sewers (although even then, I can get the flag guys down to 50% by myself before it becomes to much. I can also run the Dolmans in the districts by my self as well).
Thoughts and advice on what to rip apart would be helpful. Like I said, just looking for something that can sustain me in IC and help me if I do encounter one or two PVP players
