With the current nerf train about set to leave station, I am considering a new class/build. I just have to find one bad enough or not common enough for people to get nerfed while we wait for actual balance and mechanics to be redone. As with my question on passives helping DW magic users, I am unsure on ESO terminology here. Yeah, noobish. Anyway, what all does the new Orc racial affect? I have been told a few different things and figured I could find the answer here. As usual, thanks in advance for any information.
[edit] For clarification: “Swift: Renamed this passive to Swift Warrior. Swift Warrior will no longer increase Charge attacks, but will instead increase all Melee Weapon attack damage by 2/3/4%.” “Swift Warrior: Fixed an issue where this passive was not increasing damage for melee-class abilities.”
I ask here because I’m a console pleb with no damage meter and no access to PTS. [edit]
