I am trying to craft a new set of FELL leather armor.. I understand Cold Harbor is THE only place they drop. True…not true ?
From what I read the leather is extremely rare. Is that still the case ? Are their creatures that yield this material ? The material is NOT in Cyrodiil (I killed about 20 wolves and some bear looking for it). Any information would be appreciated.
The only scrap of information I have read on this said to decon 46+ leather armor.
Any info you can share ?
