After testing what damage over time effects and different abilities will proc SA the only effective ones I have come up with are caltrops and blade cloak. Everything else only has a chance to proc the 1944 on its first hit. This includes refreshing path and all weapon damage dot effects. I also thought that the shades attacks have a chance to proc but they do not. If anybody else came up with anything else let me know.
