If you are upgrading from the normal client to the beta, you NEED to overwrite all of the files for it to work properly.

A few notes about the beta:
ESO Launcher will be renamed to Hook64 once the final version is released.
Hook64 supports multiple games, it currently supports: Elder Scrolls Online, Tree of Savior, and EverQuest.
Each games features are unrelated.

Note: You need to install the following Microsoft files to run ESO Launcher:
Microsoft .NET 4.6
Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 x86
Microsoft C++ Redistributable 2015 x64
