Where can one get skill points?

With all the various game updates, I’m wondering whether there are any skill points available that I don’t know about.

To review the basics:

  • In each of the 3*5 = 15 main alliance regions, there are 3 quests in the main regional story line that each give a skill point.
  • The same goes for Coldharbour.
  • A skyshard is 1/3 of a skill point.
  • There are ~16 skyshards in each of the zones mentioned above.
  • In each of the zones mentioned above, there is a group public dungeon/delve that offers a skill point, as per http://tamrielfoundry.com/topic/public-dungeon-group-challenges-with-skillpoint-reward/

Much the same is true about Wrothgar, but:

  • I’m not sure about the exact skyshard count.
  • There are two group public dungeons, but I’ve only identified a skill point challenge in one of them. (Old Orsinium)

There are skyshards everywhere else too, of course. In particular:

  • Not counting the Imperial City, there are 45 skyshards in Cyrodiil. (15 are in each of the alliances’ default territory, naturally.)
  • Alliance starter zones have 6 skyshards each.
  • Other zones have some skyshards too.

Further, group dungeons give skill points the first time you complete them, in each of normal and veteran mode. (Is that true of the newest dungeons as well.)

Further, there are a few other quests that give skill points. Ones I know about are:

  • (This is the biggie) One for each quest in the Main Quest line (i.e., the ones given by the Prophet in the Harborage).
  • Two very early in the DC story.
  • One very early in the AD story.
  • One as soon as you go to Cyrodiil (which requires being Level 10).
  • One in the introductory Thieves Guild quest.

And of course you get skill points for leveling up.

Edits:

  • I forgot to mention the skill points for Alliance ranks. One, as discussed a few posts below, is trivial to get as soon as you go to Cyrodiil. The others require more work.

With that as background:

  • Is everything I said accurate? :)
  • What other potential skill points don’t I know about?
