INTRODUCTION:

I would like to present you guys my build. The build takes advantage of FHA in eecution phase. Why not medium weave all the time? You ask. Becouse heavy attack dps rises with time and instant abilities are cutting animation time. For instance HA + molten whip cast taking 2.6s. And additional damage from igneous weapons/molten armament . Also you get mana back (YEAH). So there is no point in using spell cost enchants just FHA when low.

RACE:

Dunmer

Vamps & WW:
Become a vampire for extra magicka regen. If you are afraid of fire damage, choose WW coz id has 0 downsides and extra stamina regen wont hurt you

SETS , ENCHANTS & ATTRIBUTES:

2x Cyrodiils Light Rings (2 sets!) one with cost reduction other with spell dmg

2x Valkyn Skoria (preferably divines epaulets, medium infused helmet)

4x Martial Knowledge or 5x Silk of the Sun on AoE
2x Torugs Pact – Chest heavy (nirnhoned), Staffs( nirnhoned)  or precise staffs for AoE

Enchants:

Just make sure u have around 17k+ HP with attributs then use all magicka enchants on armor, spell dmg on jewels and fire dmg on Staffs.

Using those pots and panacea of detection:

Magicka regen boost longer then pot cooldown!

CHAMPION SYSTEM

Red as you want. In green find balance between magicka regen and cost reduction. For blue 1 for spell penetration 1 spell critical bonus 3 for heavy/light attack bonus rest in Elemental Expert.

SKILLS & ROTATION:

Single target:

Before my first hit I use 2effect pot which screen I linked above (unfortunetly its bugged cant be used during rotation). Use medium attacks when you need to renew dots/buffs and whenever you have high magicka level. You will loose it fast so when it happens do full HA + abilities until you get it back. Keep dots up . Also drink panacea of detection whenever cooldown ends. If you dont have them just make use from Structured Entropy. When you r on 2nd bar setting eruption, hit enemy with ele ring and scalding rune. Best guess is to do as few full HA as it possible. When target is 20% start using FHA no matter the magicka level is.

Funny thing about camouflage hunter, its bugged. Before going any dungeon activate CH and kill just 1 undead/deadra this will make CH work forever. So its a free dps against all type of targets. Check out my Blood Spawn screenshot that thing did 3.5% extra dps without casting.

AFTERWORDS :

If during the fight there will be a lot of  aoe situations I would prefer using normal medium attack rotation and spell cost reduction enchants. U need 2 sets of light of cyrodill light unfortunetly.
